Ahi Tuna Ingredients: 

  • Ahi Tuna-center cut block. 

  • Pez Powder Chipotle-Lime Seasoning, Black 

  • Avocado Oil (can use canola oil, corn oil, Pine Oil) 

Tostada Ingredients: 

  • Avocado Oil (can use canola oil, corn oil, Pine Oil) 

  • Flour or Corn Tortilla  

  • Pez Powder Chile-Lime Seasoning, Original 

Pico de Gallo  

  • Baby Tomatoes (equal parts) 

  • Persian Cucumber (equal parts) 

  • Red Onion (quarter)  

  • Sereno Chile Peper (to your tasting) 

  • 1 Bunch of Cilantro 

  • Kosher Salt  

  • Fresh Pepper 

  • Meyer Lemon (Can Use Lime or Any Sour Citrus) 

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil  

Avocado Crema: 

  • Cilantro 

  • 1 Ripe Avocado 

  • 2 tbsp of BYBLOS Kefir Cheese  

  • Salt  

  • Pepper  

Assembling In This Order: 

  • Tostada 

  • Avocado Crema 

  • Pico de Gallo 

  • Sliced Ahi Tuna 

  • Avocado  

  • Red Radish 

  • Scallion
